Welcome to East Bay Specialty Welding. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:

1. Services Provided

East Bay Specialty Welding offers TIG, MIG, UHV welding, and light fabrication services for a range of projects. All work is performed based on the specifications provided by the client.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary if project scope, materials, or specifications change. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined on your invoice. A deposit may be required for custom or large-scale projects. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods will be shared upon booking.

4. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are based on current workload and material availability. While we strive to meet deadlines, East Bay Specialty Welding is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including material shortages, inclement weather, or changes to project scope.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear, accurate specifications and materials (if applicable). East Bay Specialty Welding is not liable for defects or delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

Welding work is completed to industry standards. If you believe there is a defect in workmanship, please notify us within 10 business days of project completion. Repairs or adjustments will be handled at our discretion. No warranty is expressed or implied beyond the agreed scope of work.

7. Liabilities

East Bay Specialty Welding is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse or alteration of completed work, nor for incidental or consequential damages related to delays, project failure, or third-party use.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and plans created by East Bay Specialty Welding remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any photos or work shared publicly may be used for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise by the client.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. If materials have been purchased or work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress of the project. Deposits may be non-refundable on custom work.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from the services provided will be handled in accordance with California state law.
